The function of the thermostat

①For example,if the temperature is set to 25,the fan will start when the temperaturearound the sensing probe is greater than 25 (±2)degrees.Conversely,if the temperatureis lower than 25(±2) degrees,the fan will stop.

②The Rst key can be used as an on/off key.Press and hold the Rst key to turn off the fan,then press the Rst key again to start the fan.

③The temperature controller has no speedregulation function.

Process for setting commonparameters of temperature controllers

①Setting mode:Long press the Set buttonfor 5 seconds to display P0,then short pressthe Set button to set,select C (cooling mode).

②Set start stop temperature:Press the Setbutton once,the screen will flash,and thenpress the up and down buttons to select thedesired temperature control.The temperaturecontrol range is-50~110 degrees Celsius.

③Environmental requirements:-30~60degrees Celsius,humidity 20%~85%

Regarding the issue of fan group noise level

This is one of the concerns of many customers,but as a sheet metal processing factory,the small shop does not have professional instruments for testing noise.According to the fan factory,the noise of each small fan is about 45 decibels.The store manager calculated the fan noisesuperposition formula on Baidu:

One fan noise:L1

N fan noise:Ln=L1+10logN

Assumption:L1=45dB

Noise of 2fans:L2=45+10log2=48dB

Noise of 4fans:L4=45+10log4=50dB

What is the concept of this noise level?The store manager also found an answer on Baidu as a reference:

20 decibels: whispering

50 decibels:normal conversation sound

70 decibels: street environment sound

75 decibels:upperlimit of human ear comfort

80 decibels:noisy office
